Be Your Best Final Part
10. Maintain your new behavior.
Believe it or not, many people fail immediately after they begin to succeed. That may sound strange, but the fact is that people relapse into their old behavior pattern right after they have been successful in adopting their new behavior. Remember that your old behavior has established a strong pathway in your brain and it is natural that you will easily fall back into your old behavior. You must continually be on your guard so you won’t relapse. When it comes to behavior change, there is no such thing as a “slam dunk.”
